Tatlers Parade at Poppy Melia’s Exhibition in London (1995) - The One that James Bond Missed!
Poppy Melia held an exhibition of her exquisite paintings in The Catto Gallery. The exhibition was officially opened by The Irish Ambassador, his Excellency Mr Joseph Small. Other guests included the film maker Kirk Duncan who is planning to make a film floating in a hot air balloon over the Melia's home in Kerry, and film star Pierce Brosnan was also there - he had just decided to buy Poppy's painting 'Swans Nesting' when another art lover pipped him to the post - not James Bond's normal style!
